1. Use ruler tool and measure angle
2. Image > Rotate Arbitrary
3. Select space to crop using the marquee tool.
4. Image > Crop
5. Adjustment Layers Levels-Paint on adjustment layer to mask certain spaces
6. Copy Background layer and use burn and dodge tools on copy
7. Adjustment layer black and white
