1. Create doc (Size) 8.5 by 11 inches (Res) 300 (Color Mode) RGB 8 bit
2. Open image in photoshop
3. Select > All (Com + A)
4. Edit > Copy (Com + C)
5. Edit > Paste (Com + V) Past into photo into new document
6. Rotate if needed Edit > Transform > CW 90 Degrees
7. Edit > Transform > Scale (HOLD THE SHIFT BUTTON)
8. Add text and rename layers
